The second installment of a comprehensive Wisma Putra’s Motivational and Teambuilding Programme was held at the PNB Ilham Resort and Spa, Port Dickson from 12 to 14 October 2012. Two (2) members of the staff from the Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations (IDFR) were selected for the Series 2 Programme.
Participants were introduced to each other in an ice-breaking session and groups were immediately formed to cultivate teamwork spirit right from the beginning of the three-day programme. On the second day, three (3) briefing sessions by Biro Tatanegara (BTN) was held on various subjects as refresher sessions for the staff who had only attended BTN courses during their early days in the service. An outdoor activity and a group session were then held to provide avenues for bonding and nurturing teamwork among the participants.
This was further continued into the last day which was packed with group activities and team synergy sessions. Continuing the success of the first series, Series 2 was also a hit and the participants left with revived work spirit and zest for work performance.
