The DiD 2023 journey culminated in a grand graduation ceremony on 2 November 2023, at the Eastin Hotel. It was a joyous celebration of the successful completion of the 4-month program, specially organised to honour the achievements of our graduating cohort. The highlight of the ceremony was when each participant proudly took the stage, receiving their certificates from YB Dato’ Seri Diraja Dr. Zambry Abd Kadir, Minister of Foreign Affairs, marking their transition from course participants to equipped officers, ready to serve abroad. A symbolic moment filled with pride and promise.
In conclusion, DiD 2023 successfully met its intended objectives. IDFR received positive feedback from the participants on the quality and structure of the modules, as well as the assistance provided by the secretariat during the said training.
