Seven (7) members of IDFR staff were selected to attend Series 1 (A) of the Motivational and Teambuilding Programme held at the Selesa Beach Resort, Port Dickson from 5 to 7 October 2012. It was the first installment of a comprehensive Wisma Putra’s Motivational and Teambuilding Programme for the year 2012 which will be held in stages for all staff.
The programme started with an ice-breaking session and group formation which encouraged the participants to discuss and solved several work competency issues. To jumpstart the second day, three (3) briefing sessions on Vision 2020 by Biro Tatanegara (BTN) was held as inspiration for the participants to continuously strive for premier work performance to contribute to the realisation of Vision 2020. Following that, outdoor activities were held to encourage cooperation and teamwork among the participants.
The last day was filled with group activities which aimed to hone the participants’ creativity and speed in every action through numerous outdoor games. The first series concluded successfully and has seen full commitment as well as involvement of the participants.
