File Classification Workshop IDFR collaborates with National Archive of Malaysia was held in 7 until 9 Dec. 2011 at IDFR. The workshops conduct and facilitated by Mr. Jaafar Sidek Abdul Rahman, Miss Suzana Md. Isa and Mr. Abu Zakaria and attended by 18 participants from IDFR. The main objective is to increase and expand officer knowledge on file management field and improved the file classification system is present in IDFR. Through this workshop, participants successfully created coordination of file and new reference number to all division in the IDFR. Apart from that, files and reference document has identified and categories to the certain file in order to enable to tracking and searching file rapidly, right and effective way.
