The above course was conducted over a period of four days from 25 - 28 September 2012 for 16 officers from various government departments. The primary aim of the course was to develop an awareness on the importance of preparation and practice before delivering a speech. Various interactive strategies were employed and the participants were able to enhance their level of confidence and public speaking skills.
