The participants of the Diploma in Public Administration (DPA) under the purview of the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) had invited the Deputy Director General of IDFR, YBhg. Ambassador Aminahtun Hj. A Karim to deliver a dinner talk entitled ‘Experience of a Diplomat’. The talk which took place on 13 December 2013 was held at the Multi-purpose Hall of INTAN Bukit Kiara and was attended by 300 participants as well as officers from INTAN and IDFR.
Among other things, YBhg. Ambassador Aminahtun shared her experiences serving in missions abroad, numerous divisions in Wisma Putra, the role of diplomats, as well as the plus sides and challenges met throughout her career. This was followed by a question and answer session.
The talk is another programme among several collaborations between IDFR and INTAN including the International Relations Module for DPA organised by IDFR every year.
