The ‘Effective Speaking Skills 2/2011’ course which was conducted from 26-29 September 2011 was attended by 22 officers from several ministries and government agencies. The main objective of the course which was aimed at enhancing the participants’ public speaking skills was met. They were taken through the different stages of planning and preparing for their presentations through a variety of simulation exercises and activities.
