Foreword by the Director-General,

Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations (IDFR)

I am pleased to present the Annual Report 2021 for
the Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations
(IDFR) which encompasses a summary of the
programmes and activities undertaken by the
Institute throughout the year.

First of all, I would like to thank Dato’ Mohd Zamruni
Khalid for continuing the tradition of excellent service
provided by the Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign
Relations. His tenure as the 12th Director-General of
the Institute has built upon the blocks of success of our
predecessors. It is a tradition I hope to maintain and
contribute.
